At Carmine Studio we aim to provide excellent service, including fast and reliable delivery of your order. Below you will find our shipping policy.
Shipping zones
We ship to Western Europe and the rest of the world. Available destinations are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Shipping method
All orders are shipped with a tracked service and include a Track & Trace code.
Processing and dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders placed on business days before 12:00 (CET) the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 are usually dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and are shown before you complete your order.
Delivery times
- Western Europe: 2 – 6 business days *
- Rest of the world: 5 – 12 business days *
* Transit times apply under normal circumstances. Extreme weather, customs processing or other events outside our control can cause delays, and a shipment can occasionally take a few weeks longer, especially during busy periods such as holidays.
Shipping confirmation
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including your Track & Trace code so you can follow your package.
