Refund Policy

At Carmine Studio we do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read the details below.

Return period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The return period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.

Conditions for returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
  • Items may not be used, worn, damaged or altered.
  • Personalised items cannot be returned.

Return process

  1. Return request: within 14 days of receiving your order, email our customer service at hi@carmine-studio.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return instructions: you will receive return instructions and a return form from us.
  3. Shipping: pack the item carefully and include the completed return form. Send the package with a trackable shipping method to the return address we provide. As the sender you are responsible for the shipment, and to avoid any misunderstandings returning with Track & Trace is required. Return costs are at your own expense.
  4. Confirmation: once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Refunds
Refund period: after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we aim to process your refund within 14 business days.
Refund method: the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several days before the refund is visible on your account.

Shipping costs

  • Return costs: the costs of returning items are at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Original shipping costs: shipping costs of the original order are not refunded, except in cases where we made an error with your order or the product is defective.

Exchanges
Ordered an item but would you rather exchange it for something else? Return the item within the return period and place a new order in the webshop.
